Vibro-accoustic Therapy
Vibroacoustic therapy (VAT) is a type of sound therapy that uses low frequency sine wave vibrations to reduce symptoms, invoke relaxation, and alleviate stress. VAT was developed in Norway by Olav Skille in the 1980s. It uses audio waves in the range of 30Hz-120 Hz that are transmitted to the body by embedded transducers in a bed. The sound gently permeates the cells allowing massage from inside as well as out.

Shockwave therapy is a powerful alternative wellness treatment that promotes natural healing and pain relief. By delivering targeted acoustic waves to affected areas, it stimulates blood flow, reduces inflammation, and accelerates tissue regeneration, making it an effective solution for chronic pain conditions such as tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, and bursitis. When combined with massage therapy, shockwave therapy enhances overall wellness, improving flexibility and reducing tension. This dynamic duo not only alleviates pain but also supports long-term healing and well-being, offering a holistic approach to maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle.
